  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on your location and shipping carrier.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, courier disruptions, or peak shipping seasons.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and order size.

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details (if available) via email.

  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.


5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • Petopia is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within 21 business days after shipping, please contact us at contact@petopiapets.shop.

  • We will work with the courier to locate your package. However, Petopia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
